April 27, 2024 (Saturday)

Morning Session (8:00 AM - 12:00 NN)

• 7:00 AM: Get swept away by the vibrant performances of the Sibonga Dance Troupe and the CHP Cebu Dance Group during the Opening Salvo.
• 7:30 AM: Dive into the intricacies of the competition as we present the Competition Briefing on Guidelines and Criteria, alongside the Introduction of Judges and Contingents.
• 8:00 AM: Let the Kite Flying Competition Proper begin! The first contingent to register will have the honor of being the first to take to the skies with their kites. Each contingent will have a 30-minute window from ingress to egress, during which they can narrate their kite's story or present a written essay explaining its inspiration.
• 11:30 AM: Conclude the morning session with the Closing Ceremony and the highly anticipated Awarding of Winners.

Afternoon Session (1:00 PM - 4:00 PM)

• Workshops and Demonstrations: Engage in a hands-on kite-making workshop and family kite-flying session under expert guidance. Explore the farm during balsa rides, indulge in pick-and-pay fruit and vegetable experiences, learn healthy cooking tips, and tantalize your taste buds with a food-tasting adventure.
• Environmental Awareness Booths: Discover initiatives like Bayanihan Sa Kalikasan and the Visayas Native Tree Enthusiasts Partnership, dedicated to environmental conservation.
• Local Produce Stalls: Support farm organizations by purchasing fresh produce at the pick-and-pay fruit and vegetable stalls.

Evening Session (6:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

• 6:00 PM: Conclude the festival with an after-event party featuring live music from a band. Join in the fun with BeetzeeOke Open Mic sessions and performances by Beetzee-ers, talented individuals seeking exposure.
• Prizes: Celebrate the winners of the Kite Open Category, with prizes totaling 10000 for the champion, 5000 for the first runner-up, and 3000 for the second runner-up. Stay tuned for special prize announcements!

April 28, 2024 (Sunday)

Morning Session (8:00 AM - 12:00 NN)

8:00 AM: Gather for a soulful Mass led by Fr. Esteban SJ, providing a moment of reflection and spiritual nourishment to start the day.

9:00 AM: Celebrate the achievements of the Center for Healthcare Professions Cebu, Inc. (CHP) students as they mark their graduation milestone. Join us in applauding their dedication and accomplishments as they embark on new journeys ahead.

How to join via PlanOut:

2. Available tickets: Choose a category and click on Register >> Checkout. Make sure the cart is empty. "Ticket has been added to the cart."
3. My Cart: At the checkout stage, confirm how many registrations you are paying for. You can process up to 25 at a time.
4. For a secure transaction, please register if you do not have an account yet. This is a one-time process valid for all future events on the platform.
