How to join via PlanOut:

1. Online registration: Go to https://planout.io/events/minisodumaguetevolleyball/
2. Available ticket/s: Click on Register >> Checkout. Make sure the cart is empty. "Ticket has been added to the cart."
3. Sponsor: To explore sponsorship opportunities, select the package that best suits your preferences.
4. My Cart: At the checkout stage, confirm how many registrations you are paying for. You can process up to 25 at a time.
5. For a secure transaction, please register if you do not have an account yet. This is a one-time process valid for all future events on the platform.
6. If you have an account, please log in AND update your profile. There are mandatory fields vital for this tournament, such as age and emergency contact information.
7. Participant Details = Name of Payor.
8. Full Name: Indicate the payor's full name.
9. Email Address: The same email address used upon signing up, where your electronic ticket/s will be sent as registration confirmation. You may use the "for me" button.
10. Group Affiliation = Team Name
11. Tick the box for the waiver, read, and agree. Please note that the organizer may still require you to sign a waiver before the event starts.
12. Order Summary: Please note the total amount along with the corresponding P100 convenience fee. If you are eligible for a discount, kindly reach out to us first so that we can provide you with a voucher code .
13. Payment processing: You will be routed to our secure payment gateway, BeetzeePay. We can process your payment via e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya, QR PH) and cards (debit and credit, Visa, Mastercard, and Amex). International transactions are accepted as well.
14. Payment confirmation: You will receive a notification that the payment has been successfully processed via:
