Whether you've been a student, teacher, or involved parent of Banawa Elementary School, welcome! We're putting together a directory for all alumni as we look forward to celebrating our school's 60th year in 2024, marking its founding in 1964!

1. Important Commitment to Data Security. PlanOut maintains the confidentiality and security of all registered user information, ensuring it is shielded from misuse, loss, interference, unauthorized access, and any unauthorized modifications.

2. Visit https://planout.io/events/bes-alumni or scan the QR code.

3. Confirm that the cart is empty (upper right of the screen)—clear cache and cookies for an optimal experience.

4. Scroll down to view the available choices. You may register up to 24 additional names.

5. Click on "Register" and choose the appropriate option: Former Pupil, Former Educator, or Former Engaged Parent/Volunteer.

6. A confirmation pop-up message will appear, indicating that the ticket has been added to your cart.

7. Proceed to checkout and specify the school years you attended or taught at BES under the group affiliation.

8. Complete the registration process.

8.1. For PlanOut 1st-time users: Kindly sign up & complete your profile. This is a one-time step valid for all future events you'll join within the platform.

8.2. If you have previously registered: You may now update your profile.

8.3. For users registering multiple alumni participants, you will be asked to enter the email and group affiliation of the other participant/s as well. They will then receive an email with a link, inviting them to sign up or complete their user profile data.

9. Once registration is completed, the screen will confirm successful payment (free database access). 

10. Press your email on the upper right, and go to "My Tickets" to confirm your registration, indicated with a unique barcode. 

11. Expect an email confirmation as well following a successful registration.
